This supplement contains good quality varieties of both magnesium and zinc which will be far better absorbed than many alternatives. It has 3 well absorbed types of “chelated” magnesium - Magnesium Citrate, Glycinate and Malate. You also get 2 good types of zinc for high absorption - Zinc Citrate and ascorbate. A good high dose of vitamin D3 is added, to improve magnesium absorption and help support bone health. This is suitable for vegans and vegetarians as the vitamin D3 is sourced from algae.

The dosage is a little low at 205 mg, falling below the NHS recommended level for men (300 mg) and women (250 mg). If your diet is fairly good and you’re just looking for a top up, this is a good quality choice - and it’s far more effective than taking higher doses of poorly absorbed magnesium oxide.
